Collège Sturgeon Heights Collegiate offers the widest range of programming options in the province of Manitoba. Course selections can be made from the English Academic, French Immersion, International Baccalaureate and Technical-Vocational Programs. We would like to invite parents and students to meet our staff and learn more about our school. We offer the widest choice of course programming in the province of Manitoba. These include International Baccalaureate (IB), French Immersion, French Immersion IB, Technology Education, Band/Music and so much more.

Our students also show their Husky pride through participation in extra-curricular activities such as Social Justice or our many successful teams in sports such as basketball, hockey, football, volleyball, ultimate, lacrosse, handball, curling, soccer, rugby and more!

Students frequently have the opportunity to participate in exciting trips. This year, we have groups travelling to Ireland, Italy, Cuba and Washington!  Do you want to be part of next year’s fun on New York or France?

The Show 2015 - Saturday Feb 28th - Facts you NEED to Know, Please Click Here
All graduating students are reminded to bring in their cash or prize donation for The Show's Silent Auction as soon as possible. We are asking each grad to donate a prize, gift card or $25 cheque. The more money we can raise, the better your Safe Grad will be! Donations may be dropped off in Ms. Yaholkoski's office (2E1B)

The Show needs volunteers: if you are a grade 9-11 parent and you are available from 6:30-10:30 on Saturday, Feb 28 to help out as a security position or helping back stage, your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

 Every Grad is asked to bring a dozen dainties for refreshments for The Show

Cold Weather Advisory
Please be advised that with the cold winter weather upon us, there exists the possibility of school buses being canceled for safety reasons. In the event of extremely cold weather (a wind chill hazard of -45°C or greater) buses will be canceled and students will need alternate transportation.
The School Division will contact all parents to advise them of bus cancellations. The news media is also alerted to cancellations and Division websites are updated to reflect any announcements. Please ensure that the school is notified if your phone number changes so that we will be able to contact you.


School Hours
Late Start: Every Tuesday will be later start at 9:00 a.m.

Early dismissal is the FIRST and THIRD Tuesday of each month unless otherwise stated.
Bell Schedule
Attendance reporting by email can be sent to the link listed at the bottom of this section.

Alternatively, you may call the school at any time at 888-0684. If the school is closed you are able to leave a voice mail that will be picked up in the morning.

Late Policy

Students in Grades 9 or 10 who are late for class for periods 1 or 5 must report to the office and sign in before reporting to class.
