Attention students who take bicycles to school
There have been attempted thefts of bicycles at the school. Bicyclists are encouraged to consider purchasing U-Lock type locks instead of cable type locks. The U-Locks are very difficult to cut as opposed to cable type locks. The U-Locks can be purchased from various locations.

Safe Grade Tickets will be sold for $10.00 the week of June 5th during the lunch hour in the front foyer. You MUST have all the safe grade forms completed in order to purchase tickets.

All grade 12 students who submitted hard copies of baby pictures for yearbook can pick them up in Mrs Callaway's office, 2E2D.

Let’s Talk Science High School Symposium: MicroTalks 2017
Are you a passionate scientist? Are you interested in learning about Microbiology? Let’s Talk Science at the University of Manitoba is hosting the MicroTalks Symposium for young scientists in Grades 11 and 12. This free event happening on May 26th at the University of Manitoba Campus from 9:00 – 3:30 will include speakers from the Faculty, the industry, and from the National Microbiology Lab. Perform hands-on university-level lab activities, watch a demo of biosafety level 3 and 4 equipment, and participate in round-table discussions. To top it all off, there will be free food! Talk to your science teacher to found out more information. Hurry—there are limited spots available!
