Grad Dinner Fundraiser at TYC
We will be having a Steak, Spud & Beverage event to be held at TYC (Tijuana Yacht Club) on Thursday February 18th from 5-8 PM to support the Grad 2016 Dinner.  Tickets for the dinner will be sold the week of January 11th during lunch in the front foyer, or please contact Mrs Saffie in the office.
Tickets are $20.00 for the dinner or you can buy support tickets for $10.00 with your name being entered into a prize draw.

U of W & Red River College - Wednesday, February 17th
U of M - Thursday, February 18th

Field Trip forms are available in the Student Services Office. Students can visit the different campuses, explore the faculty booths, attend presentations, get important program and admission information and take a guided tour. Students are responsible for their own transportation.

U of W Scholarship Application Deadlines:

Automatic Entrance Scholarships - March 1 - Students must apply to the U of W prior to March 1 to be eligible for entrance scholarships.

Application-Required Entrance Scholarships - February 1 - In order to be eligible for these scholarships, students must apply for admission and complete and submit the scholarship application before the deadline.  You can find the scholarship application on their website under awards and financial aid, first year entrance awards. The major scholarships will require students to submit a minimum of two reference letters from teachers/staff who can speak to the student's academic abilities and extra-curricular/volunteer activities.

If any students are having trouble with their application, please see a counsellor or phone a Student Recruitment Officer at 204.786.9844.

Late Start: Every Tuesday will be later start at 9:00 a.m.

Early dismissal is the FIRST and THIRD Tuesday of each month unless otherwise stated.
Bell Schedule
Attendance reporting by email can be sent to the link listed at the bottom of this section.

Alternatively, you may call the school at any time at 888-0684. If the school is closed you are able to leave a voice mail that will be picked up in the morning.

Late Policy

Students in Grades 9 or 10 who are late for class for periods 1 or 5 must report to the office and sign in before reporting to class.
